Role Summary:
Develop & implement One GE Healthcare sales strategy by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with Accounts at zone level (region level - U.S. only), e.g. hospitals, hospital groups, government bodies or Group Purchasing Organizations. Develop & maintain detailed understanding of accounts’ business and keep GE Healthcare Zone, Region & Product management informed/ appropriately involved. Lead & close multimodality and single product deals.

Essential Responsibilities:
Position Description:

? Act as key account manager for overseas investment groups; foreign-invested hospital groups and clinic chains; and foreign partners of major medical institutions in China.
? Drive account penetration and share gain, achieve maximum equipment pull through
? Meet sales and order targets, develop long-term project and revenue pipeline
? Ensure C-suite access and develop strategic partnership and preferred supplier relationships; build customer trust and engagement
? Leverage GE internal resources and expertise to meet customer needs; act as matchmaker between local actors and global accounts drive new project development
? Report directly to National Sales Director, Global Investments

Skills required
? 5-10 years experience in healthcare industry sales, preferably in medical equipment or related fields.
? Excellent English and Chinese language communication and presentation skills; confident and capable in C-suite interactions
? Analytical and solutions development capabilities; able to understand customer viewpoints and develop innovative approaches to achieving goals
? Strong ethical and moral compass; committed to compliance and GE values
? Master’s degree in business, medicine or related field
? Overseas working or studying experience preferred
? Background in project finance or information technology a plus

3. Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare and the products and services offered.
4. Fluent in English language.
