Position Summary -Responsibilities

The successful MD / Sr. ED Global Product Management Lead will be an experienced, ambitiousself-starter, responsiblefor developing unique product solutions and delivering optimal end-to-end userexperience for clients of the Corporate & Investment Bank and CommercialBank businesses via Treasury Services' Client Service & Implementation and Americas CashOperations platform. The position will drive the full new product cycle -including strategy, development, deployment, positioning and adoption - while managingmultiple projects and their lifecycle demands. Aspects of this role include, but are notlimited to:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, methodologies and features, collaborating with technology, digital, design and other subject matter experts across the Client Service & Implementation and Operations teams

  • Prioritize the product delivery schedule among various departmental and company initiatives to meet key deadlines

  • Direct and manage overall project teams and their activities, monitoring progress, project health, capacity planning, developing and coaching staff, and driving internal process improvement

  • Commercialize successful products, involving interaction and partnership with customers, stakeholders and across LOBs to continuously improve our product offerings toward optimal user experience


  • Demonstrated excellent performance at a Managing Director / Sr. Director level

  • Minimum 10 years of financial services experience, including significant experience building, leading and mentoring a product management team

  • Entrepreneurial, innovative individual who can execute and drives results

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility across JPMorgan Chase, effectively influencing change when needed    

  • Track record of attracting, developing and retaining top talent

  • Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e., creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences

  • Experience with current and emerging digital technologies and content management, with Internet Application Design and Development and Agile Project Management highly desirable

  • Any relevant user interface design work is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree is required, Masters or MBA degree is preferred

  • Knowledge of Treasury Services and traditional product platform is a significant plus

  • Flexibility for occasional domestic and some international travel

  • Location base in Tampa or New York, possibly Chicago
