Role Summary:
Provide support to plants for a variety of quality and production issues and launch new products to ensure a proper alignment and ramp-up

As our new engineer you will become part of a dynamic department, working closely with internal stakeholders, such as production managers, engineering managers and industrialisation engineers. You will be the primary responsible for the plant in Europe region, and the back-up for all other plants. You will be based in our plant Bergama, Turkey.

Essential Responsibilities:
You will work with plants to disposition level 3 QCRs in a timely matter. You will be owner of the repair instructions and service instructions. And you will give support for new blades at start -up, and work closely with the new product development team. You will be responsible for launching other new features next to blades.

This will involve coordinating support from other departments as well as being on-site yourself. You will become one of the company’s leading practical experts in what happens in factories, helping solve a variety of problems from production supervision to technical skills to hands-on production to maintenance to logistics.

Qualifications/Requirements:
An engineer background
Our ideal candidate has
* An engineer degree on bachelor level. Preferably in mechanical engineering or composites.
* Preferably, you have approx. 3 years’ working experience from a either a production engineering area, or from product development
* Preferably, you have a lean six sigma green belt certification
* You can work with Auto Cad (mini-tab)
* You are willing to travel up to 20% of your time
English is our corporate language, and we expect that you have a high level both in written and spoken English. Preferably, you also know at least one other language.

As a person, we expect that you have a pragmatic approach and a proven ability to analyse data. You have good communication skills, and you want to work in a multi-cultural team. You are well organized and self driven, and you take ownership and complete your tasks independently and on time
