Role
The role of the Global Technology Campus leader is to provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the entry-level candidate experience with the firm, from engagement at university to the recruiting process to the first few years in a full-time technical role. As the direct manager of regional campus leaders, the Global Technology Campus leader will be responsible for setting and executing the global strategy to deliver hiring results into the following key programs:

 

  • Technology Analyst Program (full-time) - 2 year program that supports entry-level leaders in building key professional, technical and leadership skills through challenging roles, career management guidance, structured training and ongoing performance management.

Technology Summer Analyst Program (internship) - 10 week summer and academic internship programs that serve as the primary pipeline for full time TAP hiring.

 

Responsibilities

Recruiting Strategy:

 

  • Coordinate global technology recruiting strategy across EMEA, APAC and NAMR
  • Develop the diversity strategy to help ensure the intake of junior talent appropriately reflects the target population
  • Ensure school teams and interviewers are consistent in interview structure and evaluation of candidates
  • Proactively manage and maintain school team and business interviewer strategy and participation on an ongoing basis
  • Build a solid recruiting platform and market the recruiting efforts internally to get strong participation from the Technology teams
  • Formulate selling strategies for those candidates with offers
  • Regularly evaluate sources of hire (schools visited, corporate programs, diversity organizations, referrals, etc.) and correlate back to cost per hire and performance. Adjust sourcing strategy as necessary
  • Manage and maintain campus recruiting budget to ensure that costs are in line and appropriate
  • Develop expertise on recruiting techniques, competitive intelligence, generational insight, and interviewing skills
  • Ensure that all recruiting activities are conducted in a framework of strong compliance and control
  • Track and analyze recruiting stats and metrics on an on-going basis, to identify strategic significance and provide trends to key stakeholders
  • Manage key recruiting projects and initiatives as needed
  • Partner with key stakeholders to plan and execute supplemental recruiting activities e.g. Code for Good Challenge, TechConnect
     
    Program Management Strategy:
  • Coordinate global Technology Analyst Program strategy across EMEA, APAC and NAMR
  • Ensure all core elements of program management are delivered effectively, including performance development, project allocation, employee satisfaction, employee relations, manager performance, promotion processes, and continuous professional and technical development activities
  • Monitor and take accountability for retention in Technology Analyst Program globally
  • Coordinate workforce planning for Technology Analyst Program globally
  • Determine project and skill demand for employees in Technology Analyst Program globally; influence strategies to build workforce technical skills required for the future of the Technology function
     
    People and Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong working relationships with key business stakeholders to help motivate their participation in recruiting efforts, including CIO and CEO
  • Outline strategic plans and present regular updates to senior management and diversity committees
  • Educate and communicate to senior business leaders about the overall recruiting and program management strategy/processes.
  • Partner with other recruiting and program managers to share best practices and implement firm-wide initiatives
  • Manage recruiting and programs team and help individuals set goals and objectives, provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with campus recruiting leadership team and program management leadership team across other business areas
     
    Marketing/ Branding/Education:
     
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute online and on-campus branding and marketing
  • Manage content of marketing materials (web site, on-campus presentation, brochure, job descriptions, campus FAQs, Vault, etc.)


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years relevant experience
  • Technology, Recruiting, entry-level program management and/or related knowledge/experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate the business strategy into a comprehensive campus recruitment agenda
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities; ability to multi-task with demonstrated track record of setting and executing end-to-end project or program strategies
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders across a broad organization
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess situations using both qualitative and quantitative factors
  • Judgment in managing conflict; solving problems and making sound decisions in a fast paced environment
