Role Summary:
The Analyst role is responsible for supporting the global Life Sciences Bioprocess commercial strategy with complex data analytics, process & strategic valuation methodologies and financial risk assessments. Successful candidate will have to work autonomously, deal with ambiguity and perform in a rapidly changing, dynamic and pressured environment to provide support, analytics and know-how to strategic and operational projects focused on growth and operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Organize and disseminate regional and commercial metrics (e.g. Install base growth, Market capture rates, growth trends, Global commercial initiatives, best practices)
* Able to identify opportunities for improvements in business execution and able to contribute to the Global project with pragmatic analysis
* Work with multifunctional teams in the service P&L’s to develop commercial strategies, manage & support the implementation of commercial programs and setting up new approaches and processes to drive commercial execution.
* Work with the regional commercial teams to support their priorities and customer engagements.
* Develop process economics model to understand the detailed cost basis of biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Present and review data with pharma customers to develop models to support their manufacturing decision making.

1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

1.MBA or post graduate or equivalent
2.4+ years’ experience in commercial processes as a business analysis
3.Strong data analytical and business process expertise.
4.Demonstrable experience in initiating/driving process improvements and system enhancement.
5.Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and delivering analytical projects, adjusting to changing circumstances. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones.
6.Ability to interpret large amounts of data to commercially insightful & objective competitive and business analysis
7.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal stake holder and/or systems
8.Excellent oral and written communications skills
9.Good combination of IT and Business acumen to facilitate various commercial programs.

Desired Characteristics:
1.Healthcare industry experience in commercial environment.
2.Previous experience working in large multinational corporations
3.Project management experience
