Role Summary:
This highly visible role will define and execute effective service solutions to drive business growth via digital tools and channels(i.e. Service Shop/MyServices).These digital offerings are designed to meet the needs of biomedical and clinical engineers who perform equipment repair and preventative maintenance within their hospital. This role will own the design and profitability of innovative offerings, requiring strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead life cycle product management activities, priorities and business-wide coordination of Global Digital Channels, Tools and Customer Experiences.
?Own and drive a cohesive global strategy for Digital offerings, both contractual and non-contractual, based on documented market needs.
?Manage the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new offering functionality from customers, prospects, partners, sales, and market-driven forces.
?Defines the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete digital offering to market
?Manages evaluation of strategic projects with cross-functional and geographically-diverse stakeholder groups to ensure that GE Healthcare optimizes investment and drives superior customer value.
?Analyzes feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, impact on key performance metrics, or other aspects of large or complex programs.
?Understand customer requirement and help aggregate requirements across all stakeholders into a unified delivery road map
?Provide leadership to deliver high quality, fully functional offerings.
?Collaborate with internal teams such as service delivery, marketing and service sales teams to ensure new offerings are designed and executed on time and on budget.
?Assure that the offering portfolio maximizes profitability for the company.
?Build and maintain a solid understanding of the biomed or "in house" market and biomedical needs, inclusive of ODS and Contractual services across all regions and modalities.
?Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams and fellow Product Managers& business analysts who also serve the needs of the biomed/In-Housemarket
?Promote effective collaboration with regular communication and updates to internal/external stakeholders.
?Support, consult and influence regions or modalities to better align strategy and optimize business impact.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or minimum of 5 years working in a Digital Marketing,Digital Offering management,Software Product Managementor equivalent role.* Solid analytical skills and clear thinking.* Strong business acumen, being able to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders* Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills are needed to effectively convey complex information to a wide range of internal and external contacts.* Demonstrated ability to keep informed of trends and developments in the field and the ability to use this knowledge to develop innovative and effective offerings.* Strong team-facilitation and conflict resolution skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels.* High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.* Open to change and adapting to new environments.* Innovation and flexibility are essential to meet the demands of an ever-changing market.* Willingness to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.* Willingness to travel up to 20%; including overnight stays when needed.* Willingness to take a drug test.* Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Desired Characteristics:
Familiarity with GE’s culture, matrix organization, and business environment* Experience in global, cross-cultural, and cross-functional work environments.* Proven experience in the healthcare industry.* Proficient with MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and Access* Black/Greenbelt certified
