The Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations function drives consistency and delivers efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function's ability to support the hiring needs of the business. Within this team, the Change Management & Optimization team is responsible for leading firmwide recruiting projects and process improvements, training, communications, and business management across both experienced and campus recruiting.


A talented, transformative-minded individual is needed to support the change management efforts across Campus Recruiting Operations, which in turn, will provide consistent, high-quality experiential improvements across our established processes and operating model.



The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving all of the change management support with associated changes
  • Creating training plans and materials to support business readiness for change
  • Creating communication plans and materials to support business readiness for change
  • Completing process maps/ documented flows of the current state, while identifying issues and actionable opportunities
  • Leading working sessions to identify and document the target state objectives and tenets to which the process/ project should adhere
  • Partnering closely with the business and Campus Operations to implement the end-state product










The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in change management.

  • Proven track record of creating strategies for organizations that are undergoing transformative change
  • Strong experience with training design, development & delivery
  • Strong experience with communication planning & execution
  • Control-minded and understands how to operate in a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to influence and thoughtfully challenge stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, including PitchPro
  • Able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours (US vs. Global Time zones)
  • Possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion to improve the employee and recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of campus recruiting function is highly preferred
