Global Supplier Services (GSS), an organization of over 900 people, reports into JPMC's Chief Procurement Officer, and is part of the Office of the CFO, which includes Global Finance & Business Management, Treasury/Chief Investment Office, Oversight & Control, Office of Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Strategy.

The GSS organization brings Category Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable and Supplier Management into one team, managing the source to pay processes for JPMC and providing a governance model which includes strong risk management practices, enhanced performance monitoring, greater scale and strong client engagement.


The GSS Business Management Associate role reports to the Head of GSS Communications, Marketing, Training, & People Agenda. The role will be responsible for providing communications, events, and SharePoint support.
 
Specific Responsibilities
  • Maintain the GSS New Employee Orientation Program
    • Update content (training materials, job aids, New Employee Welcome Portal)
    • Manage pipeline of new employees
    • Reach out to new employees and hiring managers
    • Assist with drafting bi-weekly Welcome article
  • Provide logistics support for Town Halls, Speaker Series, and other People Agenda events
    • Coordinate the reservations of rooms and AV support
  • Support the administration of the annual All-Star and Champion Recognition programs
    • Assist with managing the nomination process through preparing the Senior Managers' Review Packets
  • Help create, review, and edit communications
    • Includes newsletter articles, one off communications, Home articles
  • Create and manage surveys
    • Developed and distribute Confirmit and SharePoint surveys
    • Run reports and help create summary presentations
  • Maintain GSS People Agenda events calendar and create events pages
    • Work closely with GSS People Agenda Site Leads to ensure information is up to date
  • Assist with the development of  training programs
    • Partner with key stakeholders, help create training materials and align deliverables within a broader training strategy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and program manager/administrator of several key programs including but not limited to: 
    • Update/maintain related content (e.g., site information, training materials, job aids)
    • Manage related communications
    • Look to continually enhance the programs and supporting tools
    • Provide end user support
  • Support Intranet and SharePoint Administrator, which may include:
    • Annual SharePoint Site Owner site validation
    • Quarterly review of Intranet content
    • Daily SharePoint Access Management Requests
    • SharePoint Change Management
    • New SharePoint Enhancements
  • Support GSS Communications and Marketing manager, which may include:
    • Sending large scale communications
    • Helping with GSS newsletter creation
    • Updating internal documentation / training
    • Assisting with the writing communications


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 3  years of experience in communications, marketing, business writing, and/or training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational and geographical boundaries
  • Intermediate proficiency in SharePoint
  • Strong proficiency of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Intermediate proficiency in ConfirmIt
