The Global Corporate Bank manages J.P. Morgan's overall relationships with many large corporations and financial institutions globally, helping them solve problems and grow. As a member of the North American Global Corporate Banking team, you will assist the corporate bankers in relationship management activities by providing consistent, high quality support to ensure excellent client experience. 

Position Objective: 

Assist the NA GCB industry bankers with ongoing management of client relationships, including but not limited to:

  • Act as a liaison with the client, client coverage team, credit and other business partners, including subsidiary bankers and product sales across regions to help deliver the firm to the client
  • Support ad hoc requests from clients, interacting across internal stakeholders 
  • Work with client and product partners to obtain all necessary documents for product delivery and to ensure products and services are implemented in accordance with client expectations
  • Provide transaction execution support, including working with Wholesale Client On-boarding (WCOB) teams to address requirements for new client legal entity on-boarding and new business implementations to ensure timely and quality completion of KYC and AML related inquiries
  • Assist with ensuring assigned client portfolio is kept current with all aspects of the firm's KYC/AML requirements
  • Monitor credit exposure across the family relationship and partner with Credit Risk on credit related asks
  • Maintain parent support related documentation
  • Play a lead role in Trade/LC execution
  • Manage due diligence, credit, coverage, reference data and other requirements resulting from corporate actions

  • Participate in client planning activities and client calls 



  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Strong Commercial Banking background with experience navigatingcomplex global organizations
  • Proven ability to build and develop relationships. Strong internalnetwork will be critical to success
  • Highly self-motivated to work independently and on broad basedteams that cross Lines of Business
  • Broad financial services product knowledge, with knowledge of corporatefinance and treasury services products a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highlyresponsive with clients and internal stakeholders. Client facing experience aplus
  • Superb attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and subjectto change
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance and KYC processes
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Associationfor Financial Professionals (AFP) - Certified Treasury Professional Designation(a plus)
