About the Role

Direct support to the Global Head ofTreasury Implementations, with responsibility for a variety of differentprojects and ad hoc requests. Examples include:


* Identify efficiencies throughout the business via everything from clientanalysis projects and automation of metrics to ensuring best practices arebeing employed globally
* Follow up of various Front Office driven initiatives critical to the successof the TS Implementation organization
* Analyzing & managing strategic projects outlining the direction of theClient Service and Implementation

Responsibilities will be balancedbetween strategy and client focused projects:
* Development and execution of implementation strategy
* Work with different groups globally to increase implementations efficiencyand collateral to position our teams in the best possible way to seamlesslyintegrate client into the bank
* Partner with senior regional managers to ensure strategic initiatives andother high level projects are running as planned
* Provide monthly metrics for Sales, Finance, and Product
* Assist in senior management weekly meetings and calls
* Support the organization by providing or facilitating the delivery of ad hocreporting to management as required

* Strategic Thinking: the ability toproblem solve and resolve whatever challenge is presented. Understand thebusiness's broader strategic goals and translate into meaningful and actionableprojects
* Communication: logical writing and verbal communication skills, especiallythe ability to convey complex ideas simply
* Analytics: strong analytical and research skills to obtain data to be used infinancial and organizational analysis.

* Skills: Strong knowledge of MicrosoftExcel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge and application of general purposeprogramming languages preferred but not essential
* Interpersonal Skills: the ability to work effectively across a largeorganization and "manage" project teams without direct authority as well ascommunicate effectively across all channels of the bank. Professional demeanorin all situations, particularly when interacting with senior management
* Project Management: multitasking and prioritization of competing tasks;strong organizational skills
* Technical: Previous experience with Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge ofFront Office tools and databases
