Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is one of the fastest growingproducts CFO's, Treasurers and CPO's leverage to unlock working capital to growtheir business organically or through M&A. This creates a fast paced environmentwith evolving market dynamics given the range of competitors includestraditional banks and FinTech's.

In this role you will interact with C-Suite Executives of global corporations,manage global SCF Programs, advise on working capital objectives whilenavigating a global organization. Our global clients are increasingly focusingtheir attention on the effectiveness of Trade providers to deliver and executesolutions as a key component in their decision-making to award business.Enhancing the Client Experience requires a continual review of end-to-endprocess improvement, tools, and organizational structure to determine what weneed to do to make it easier to win, onboard and serve clients. A corecomponent of the Supply Chain Finance offering, from deal origination throughday-to-day program management is the appointment of dedicated Program Managers.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth while managing global portfolio
o Advise on Client's working capital strategy
o Drive Program ramp/Supplier enrollment in-line with Client strategy
o Present Supply Chain Finance to C-Suite Executives and Procurement Teamsbroadly
o Follow established processes/procedures
o Provide updates internally and externally
* Relationship Management - Serve as primary point of contact internally andexternally to handle day-to-day communication with clients
o Coordinate with counterparts in other regions
o Facilitate requests and inquiries across workflows including partners acrossthe JPM franchise (Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal,Product and others)
o Identify challenges and escalate accordingly within the Risk and Controlframework
* Oversee credit facility requirements including facility utilization in activepartnership with Syndication
* Utilize internal databases and follow a high degree of integrity forreporting needs and analytics
* Opportunities to provide strategic support for management MIS needs
* Establish and maintain program-specific road maps and lead annual reviewrequirements as needed
* Drive successful Client external engagements such as Supplier Days whichincludes presenting to large audiences
* Lead the development of program management team and liaise with leads ofother teams functionally within the GTLP organization



  • Bachelor's Degree, minimum 5 years work experience
  • People management experience, minimum 2 years with proven track record
  • Sales/Credit experience a plus, ability to drive solutions with clients  
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Exceptional organization, multitasking  and time management skills
  • Knowledge of internal systems preferred
