Role Summary:
The FPT Global Sales & Commercial Executive will lead the Global Sales and ComOps resources with the goal of achieving the growth objectives of the Flow & Process Technologies Valve business.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of F&PT Global Sales & Commercial Executive you will:

  • Be accountable for achieving Sales objective for Flow & Process Technologies business
  • Lead the Global Sales activity coordinating the Sales resources in the Regions, drives QMI and Sales processes
  • Lead & Direct management of the FPT ComOps COE, drives the operating rythm of Commercial activity
  • Lead & Direct Management of FPT Technical Sales resources in the Regions
  • be responsible for adopting tools, processes and best practices for the effectiveness of the Sales and Commercial activity
  • Be responsible for the Global growth of the FPT business and globalization of the Sales resources in targeted regions
  • Be responsible to support and manage the global Channel Partner network for FPT business

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 10 years experience as Sales and/or Commercial leader
  • MUST have proven experience within Valve Industry

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Travel ~50% of the time, as required

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes
  • Proven experience within Valve Industry
  • Ability to work with teams in different geographic areas
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Six Sigma training is preferred
  • Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses
