Job Description



Role Summary:
The Global Facilities / Operations Manager will be responsible for project operations and the support of facilities management programs for 30+ sites globally, including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project and facilities management function.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Suggest and drive improvements in products, processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with multi-level and multi-functional teams across the globe in the creation and deployment of facilities programs
  • Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
  • Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
  • Act as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Leader for the facilities function
  • Facility Framework (FFW) project leader
  • Plant Standards ownership

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Project Management

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% globally

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Working knowledge of bullet train accounts and indirect sourcing
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) software (e.g., Maximo)
