Role Summary:
The Global Service Product Manager plays a key leadership role in driving service growth through service product development and commercial activation excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide wing to wing leadership for the creation, development and commercial activation of customer facing service products and corresponding offerings to increase GE Healthcare service contract capture rate/market share, and enable accelerated growth in targeted region, customer segment or commercial channel

* Collect and prioritize new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, digital and engineering teams, region customers and commercial teams based on growth impact, define product road maps and execution milestones based on return of investment (ROI), and speed to market

* Drive effective technology roadmaps and commercial activation strategies to maximize resource utilization and growth outcome by integrating various customer facing service products and offerings in region for region by working with other global product leaders and region commercial leaders

* Drive global product development execution on time and on budget according to product roadmaps and phase in phase out milestones per region by working with technical development teams from digital and engineering

* Drive effective value proposition and Key Opinion Leader development per market and segment needs by working with global and regional marketing teams

* Drive effective communication with global and region service and commercial leadership and teams

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field
* 8+ years’ experience in product development, product management or related field
* Leadership skills to influence cross functional and global teams
* Leadership skills to shape growth vision and Go to Market strategy
* Leadership skills to drive culture changes and process improvement
* Leadership skills to manage business cases, return of investment, budget, milestones, technical and financial deliverables
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Strong program execution skills
* Strategic mind set and clear thinker

Desired Characteristics:
* MBA, MS or PhD in Engineering, computer science, or related field
* 10+ years’ experience in product development, product management, new product introduction, sales and marketing, or related fields
* Strong Healthcare product, service and digital industry acumen
* Strong commercial experience
* Understanding of GE Healthcare service and commercial working systems
