Role Summary:
We are looking for someone passionate about Human Resources to join our Team for a 12 months internship in Pomigliano d'Arco (NA).
The identified candidate will have the chance to learn and work in an international environment, supporting HR practices, business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support HR operational
    processes (e.g. on-boarding/off-boarding, Oracle maintenance, internal
    procedures)
  • Support Pomigliano HR
    Team partenering with manafers on performance management, hiring plan and internal redeployment.
  • Collaborate with the HR
    managers team, recruiting team, Compensation & Benefits, Labor &
    Employment on specific acitivities and tasks
  • Actively support HR
    initiatives (including but not limited to awarding, engagement, competency
    model, talent development).
  • Monitor HR metrics and
    formulate action plans based on results.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Master Degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Fluent both in English and Italian.
  • Curious, humble and creative.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and Self starter
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer/end-user mindset
  • Committed to improvement
  • Team Player in a dynamic, energetic and positive environment.
  • PowerPoint, Word & Excel Proficiency
  • EU Work Permit


  • Desired Characteristics:
    • International experience
    • HR related major
    • Some previous work experience (preferred if in a multinational company)
