Role Summary:
Lead critically important programs to drive and accelerate business divestiture activity for BHGE Commercial horizontal. You will be responsible for leading the global DT strategy & execution for critical applications in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM - Salesforce platform), Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Global Ops platforms. A critical attribute of this role is you will be part of cross functional team to define ITO processes and its connectivity to OTR processes in BHGE.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Sr Director - Commercial Enablement & Global Operations, you will:

  • Lead the commercial enablement pillar and Global Operations horizontal for Global BHGE. Commercial enablement scope will include CRM, CPQ and Data Insights tools and process management for BHGE
  • Global Operations leadership will include conceptualizing and working closely with commercial Excellence team to set-up a new Global Ops DT organization in BHGE
  • Lead a large team (~30+) in the areas of CRM, CPQ and Global Operations. This includes the DevOps team members and program managers located globally
  • Be responsible for insourcing in commercial area and motivating the high performance team to continue to deliver world class outcomes for BHGE as an organization
  • Effectively manage risk and dependencies between organizations
  • Define and implement processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with GE stakeholders
  • Work closely with product release management to ensure that O&G Digital product deliverables are coordinated with corresponding deliverables from other O&G organizations
  • Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence
  • Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met
  • Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments
  • Ensuresongoing communication of progress against program objectives
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing technology projects and programs
  • Minimum 3 years of global leadership experience (i.e. resources, customers, deliverables)
