Third Party Operations and Controls (TPOC) provides common process oversight, policy management and regulatory engagement for all third party related operational activities. It also ensures that the Global Supplier Services customer experience is supported by efficient processes and innovative technology.

This role resides within the TPOC Strategy & Operations, which is a centralized function that articulates strategic TPOC vision, runs TPOC program management and business management.

 

The business writer-information designer will be responsible for the design and creation of executive level presentations for senior management.  Creating engaging content and utilizing innovative tools will provide for polished storytelling to be used both inside and outside the firm.  This role will interact with various levels of senior management, as well as operational and technical experts to visualize and produce new concepts in a clear, concise manner.  A working knowledge of supplier management principles will provide for a solid foundation in being able to craft meaningful content for a variety of audiences.  The audience could vary from presentations to the operating committee, and other internal key stakeholders, to government agencies who oversee/regulate supplier management/third party oversight activities for financial institutions.
Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication skills with respect to business writing, proofreading, and editing of content from within the larger team.  A knack for understanding and visualizing new concepts is key in ensuring content is delivered in a professional manner.  This role requires an in-depth working knowledge of PowerPoint, and other leading edge presentation tools.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Business Writer / Information Designer with 7 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, news industry or the financial services industry
  • Able to capture complex ideas and present in clear, concise and engaging manner
  • Business acumen in understanding and tailoring written communications for senior management
  • Demonstrated ability with written communications; including impeccable grammar, content editing and proofreading
  • Proficiency in understanding and visualizing new concepts
  • Talent and passion for visualizing information and storytelling
  • PowerPoint expert
  • Short-selected candidates will be expected to provide examples of work to the hiring manager during the interview process
