This position will provide HR Analytics and Project Management to Markets
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Global Markets & Securities Services Senior HR Advisor on cyclical HR processes and projects which includes preparing HR analytics for business town halls, Execution 2.0 meetings, HR and Global CAO offsite/onsite, YE Compensation processes and other processes and projects as needed.
  • Set strategic reporting priorities for Global Markets & Securities Services Senior levering existing standard reports consistently and provide/create opportunities for enhancement.
  • Facilitate team training for enhanced self-service reporting as well as client self-service reporting.
  • Work to ensure high level of data quality and analyze data sources to seek opportunities for business improvement.
  • Champion initiatives for new technology enhancements available now and in the future.
  • Act as liaison and SME for HR reporting and analysis which includes coordinating with Human Capital Reporting Analytics Service Delivery Manager to understand business needs and report asks, working closely with Product and Regional HR Advisors to prepare urgent and/or ad-hoc reports, analytics and modeling, assisting in data quality clean-up efforts, and all other data related requests as needed.
  • Work in partnership with Global Markets & Securities Services and CMO HR Advisors team and specialist functions and CAO colleagues globally to develop and/or implement human resources processes and programs etc.
  • Partner with Finance and HR Advisors globally to oversee the monthly RIF reserves process which includes delivering weekly cost/save analysis reports, preparing monthly RIF funding requests, managing active reserve funding and ensure notifications are completed timely, and be the SME on all RIF related matter.
  • Partner with Global Product and Regional CAOs and manage the Production Collection process for the Markets Sales and Trading functions globally.

  • Strong change management skills, i.e., comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on commitments is required.
  • Advanced technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Access is required
  • Previous experience in a reporting or analytical role is desirable
  • Some project management experience

  • Teamwork - acts as a catalyst for formulating a cooperative environment to achieve a common purpose.
  • Solutions-focused, able to sort through information and develop concise and clear solutions quickly
  • Experience in HR function is advantageous and confidentiality is a must
  • Experience working in matrix structures is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5 years HR experience in Financial Services is preferable
